Textile
The textile division is responsible for all processes relating to the printing and finishing of textiles.
Frosting
The frosting is a process that gives to the fabric a metallic appearance very similar to "frost" in nature, it can also be made in design and in different colors.
Lamination
Production of thermoplastic films with height up to 150cm and drawings in catalog or on customer's specifications.
Films' drawings are made with thermoplastic resins. By using transfer calender (rotopress) or flatbed presses, the resins on the film can be transferred on leather or on fabric. The design transferred in this way is normally polished.
It can remain as it is, or it can be further processed to give opaque appearance or to decorate it with drawings (using lacquers) or with metallic effects (foils).
Printing on fabric
Printing on polyester-based synthetic fabrics and production of papers for sublimation printing with height up to 150cm to meet the needs of customers operating in various sectors including: fashion, sportswear, lingerie, bathroom, furniture, accessories ...
We can realize internally paperworks, which are essential for sublimation printing, with digital technology or with traditional technology (four-color rotogravure). This flexibility allows us to choose the most appropriate technology for strong circulation and timetable required.
